Born in a classroom. Built for a state.
Connected Puzzles began as a small project: wooden, county-shaped puzzle maps of North Dakota for classrooms. Kids learned the shape of the state by feel — connecting counties, recognizing familiar places, and discovering new corners of North Dakota one piece at a time. Each piece carried a QR code that opened a page about that county.
The original vision was never just a puzzle. It was a way to help people discover the places, history, and stories that make North Dakota unique.
Today, we're bringing that vision back to life. The puzzle returns as the centerpiece, supported by an interactive platform where every county can be explored through history, geography, trivia, local knowledge, and community-contributed stories.
The puzzle is the door. The platform is the building. North Dakota is the story.
